Today, ARinChina talked with Mr. Luo Guanzhou, a partner of Beijing Touch Technology Co., Ltd. and COO, about the holographic projections. ARC: Can you give us the holographic projection technology we know so far?
Luo Guanzhou: At present, there are three kinds of holographic projection technologies known in the world, namely 360-degree holographic display technology, air projection technology, and laser beam projection technology. The 360-degree holographic display technology is the easiest to understand. It projects the image onto the mirror and then rotates the mirror at high speed to produce a 3D stereo image. The air projection technology uses water vapor to project the image onto the water vapor. Because the vibration between the molecules is not balanced, a stereoscopic image can be formed; the laser beam projection technique is the most complicated, and when the nitrogen and oxygen are dispersed in the air, the mixed gas becomes a hot slurry substance. Luo Guanzhou: The real holography is currently not available for civilian use. The real holographic technology also includes air imaging (not attention to fog screen), laser collision, high-speed prism and other applications, but these are not ideal even in the laboratory, short time There will be no fundamental breakthrough in technology. The so-called true medium-free hologram in Iron Mania can't be realized in decades. Therefore, the so-called holography (or pseudo holography) is still the most practical technical solution. The national celebrations are all in use, and the concept of entanglement is meaningless. The original holographic technology has also been updated and iterated. The high-definition resin hologram we developed has a sharper and more stereoscopic effect than the traditional holographic film. The naked eye is very obvious.
ARC: I see that you have transparent holograms, joint screen interactions, holographic fans, touch magic walls and other products. What are these?
Luo Guanzhou: The Spring Festival Evening Li Yuchun and G20 all adopt holographic technology. Holographic can realize naked eye 3D, true and false fusion; joint screen interaction can realize touch and display, human-computer interaction; holographic fan realizes naked-eye 3D effect by high-speed rotation of LED light bar; magic wall and elf catcher are similar products. The above content sounds a lot, and it is actually a different application direction after the combination of holography and interactive technology. There are four major categories of holography. Together with the five interactive technologies we use, many new products and applications can be derived in the future. We spent a lot of time research and development in the early stage, and we have a large number of application products and application cases in different industries.
ARC: In the children's interactive entertainment project, what technologies are covered in games like StarCraft, Magic Pen Ma, Magic Wall, etc?
Luo Guanzhou: It is still a different derivative of display technology and interactive technology. Our company is named “Touching the World†and was positioned at both the visual technology and interactive technology. The display technology is mainly holographic, and also involves projection, display, LED, interactive technology including image algorithm, AR, motion capture, touch-up, laser scanning, etc., so after the arrangement and combination will form many new products, the above products comprehensive application : motion capture, joint screen interaction, laser scanning and image algorithms. Through the above arrangement and combination, there are currently more than 10 products, and even dozens of products can be combined in the future.
ARC: What are the essential differences between holographic theatres and traditional theatres? What is the realistic level of interaction?
Luo Guanzhou: The main advantage of the holographic theater is the naked eye 3D and real and fake interaction. The Spring Festival Evening Li Yuchun, Jay Chou and Teresa Teng concerts, Hatsune Miku used this technology. The development of visual technology is from small to large, from 2D to 3D, and glasses 3D to naked eye 3D. With holographic technology, we don't stick to traditional lighting and props. Because holography can be realized, everything can be faked, and any character and scene can be shaped to provide possibilities for unlimited creativity. The holographic theater has begun to prevail in countries such as South Korea, and we will also develop rapidly in China. Among them, our company will complete the construction of several holographic theaters in 2018 and undertake dozens of holographic tour missions.
ARC: The traditional form of advertising is single, it is difficult to give people a sense of novelty; the information transmitted by a single item, the user experience is not very good, then what kind of attractive advertising form can be done by combining interaction and holographic technology?
Luo Guanzhou: At present, there is almost no touch screen in the outdoor, because the traditional infrared and capacitive screens are difficult to adapt, and the touch technology is not afraid of the outdoor environment, which may result in outdoor touch advertising; transparent screen technology can be applied to counters and vending machines; mirror holography Can be used for makeup mirrors, etc.; holographic fans can also adapt to the brighter environment 3D effect ······ So technology changes life, new technology will spawn new advertising media, making the ads look novel and interesting.
ARC: I used to see that the light-shadow projection applied to the building feels very shocking. Is it different from other ground-like interactive projections, water curtain projections, etc.? What is the cost of the cost?
Luo Guanzhou: Light carving technology is to adjust the Z axis of the projector screen to achieve the naked eye 3D effect through special equipment and software. It has good visual impact, especially suitable for large scenes. Use this technology more. Compared with traditional projection, ground interactive projection, water curtain projection, it can reflect the naked eye 3D effect. We focus on the development of naked eye 3D technology, so many products such as holography, light carving, holographic fan are naked eye 3D, but this technology is currently more expensive. high.

Luo Guanzhou: Light field technology is also a technical solution for holography.
