Recently, the 2011 China National Science and Technology Awards Conference was held. Tsinghua University and Visionox jointly announced the “Organic Luminescence Display OLED Materials, Devices and Process Integration Technology and Applications†project won the first prize of the 2011 National Technology Invention Award.
The project successfully overcomes key problems such as electronic injection materials, electron transport materials, device reliability and large-scale production technology. It has completed a number of invention innovations in key materials, device structures and process technologies of OLEDs, and the overall technology has reached the international leading level. .
