Inverter operation and operation problems

The operation of the inverter is under normal operating conditions. You only need to operate the following process:

start up:

In the pre-activated state, press the "start" button of the touch screen to make the inverter work output and drive the motor to run slowly to the set frequency. It should be noted that this button must work in the event of a fault-free alarm.

accelerate:

Each time you press the “Acceleration” button of the touch screen, the inverter output frequency will rise by 1Hz. It should be noted that you must operate this button to operate the inverter. In addition, you can also directly set the desired frequency value through P50. Specific method: Press the "Settings" button on the touch screen to pop up the parameter setting frame, enter 50 in the "P parameter number:" column, enter the pre-set frequency value in the "P parameter down value:" column , and then press the "P parameter settings" button, you can determine.

slow down:

Press the "deceleration" button on the touch screen, the inverter output frequency will drop. Its step size has been set to 1Hz. It should be noted that this button must work during variable frequency speed control operation. In addition, you can also directly set the frequency value to be achieved through P50. The specific method is shown in the "Acceleration" section above.

stop:

Press the "Stop" button on the touch screen, the inverter output frequency will slowly decrease until it stops outputting, then close the pump outlet valve. At this point, the inverter will enter the pre-start state. After stopping, the frequency converter does not need to turn off the high pressure except for the need to cut off the high pressure for maintenance. You can press the “Start” button again to start the inverter. It should be noted that: First, the inverter can be restarted after the motor is completely stopped. Second, after the inverter stops, although the output is stopped, it is still waiting for power. Therefore, the inverter cabinet door must not be opened. Otherwise, there will be Risk of electric shock.

4 Environmental Requirements of the Inverter This high-voltage inverter is an electronic product. It has clear requirements for the operating environment. The details are as follows, but it is not limited to this:

Relative humidity: no more than 90%, no condensation voltage rating: 6KV

Rated frequency: 50Hz

Power grid fluctuations: Normal conditions are no more than ±10% and minimum 60%.

Power grid loss: less than output overload: 120%, 1 minute; 150%, 5 cycles; 200%, immediate altitude protection: no more than 1000 meters Dust contamination: Allow a small amount of dry non-conductive pollution, but still need regular dust removal
