Recently, the company and the member of the consortium Guangdong Provincial Water Resources and Hydropower Third Engineering Bureau signed a contract with the project construction party Zhuhai City Construction Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd.
Buyer: Zhuhai Chengjian Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd.
Seller: Guangzhou Hongli Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (leader), Guangdong Provincial Water Resources and Hydropower Third Engineering Bureau (member of the consortium).
The contract shall be signed by the authorized representatives of both parties and shall become effective upon the seal of the unit.
The total contract price was RMB 42,933,136.00. The total price of this contract includes all relevant expenses incurred in this project.
Hongli Optoelectronics said that the total contract price accounted for 7.82% of the company's audited consolidated financial statements in 2011. The performance of the project will not have a direct impact on the company's 2012 operating results and will have a positive impact on the company's 2013 and future operating results.

7.62MM Power+ Signal Power Connector
