Sixth, supplier qualification conditions:
1. The supplier must have the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the "People's Republic of China Government Procurement Law" and provide the following certification materials:
1.1 The copy of the business license (or legal entity certificate or social group legal person registration certificate), organization code certificate, tax registration certificate within the validity period.
1.2 A photocopy of the tax payment certificate of the legal tax payment for any period of September 2016 or later. [Payment documents for payment of taxes refer to the tax receipts stamped with the bank's business stamp, or the special tax payment certificate for electronic tax transfer stamped with the special chapter for electronic taxation of the taxation department, or the tax payment certificate stamped with the official seal of the taxation authority; such as the supplier If there is no business within the specified period of time, a tax payment certificate issued by the taxation department or a tax declaration form stamped with the official seal of the tax authority shall be provided.
1.3 Annual Financial Statements for 2015, or any month of September 2016 or subsequent financial statements. [Financial statements must include balance sheet, profit statement]
1.4 The original certificate of social insurance is issued by the unit issued by the social security department (or the taxation department), or the unit printed from the website of the social insurance fund management department (or the tax department) participates in the social insurance participation guarantee (certificate must include verification during the validity period. Methods, verification web sites, special seals, etc.). If the unit does not need to participate in social insurance, it must provide the relevant documents issued by the relevant department. 1.5 The original letter of inquiry of the results of the investigation of the files of no bribery crimes issued by the People's Procuratorate at the address of the place of residence of the supplier or business. [If there is no record of the crime of bribery within 3 years from the date of issue, if the supplier is less than 3 years from the date of its establishment, it will issue a record of no criminal record of bribery since the date of establishment. 1.6 If the manufacturer of the computer is not in operation, the original letter of authorization issued by the manufacturer of the computer being submitted and the original letter of the post-sale service letter must be provided.

3.
