Anomax's ultra-efficient, energy-efficient light bulbs are assembled from its patent-pending IPCHSTM* substrate technology, a low-cost metal core circuit board that is directly plated on alumina, together with LED diodes available on the market. Anomax called this technology breakthrough LMR TM*, which means "Light Made Right."
Anomax Commercial Director Chen Fu'an said: “The bottleneck in the development of today’s LED light bulbs is the extremely low heat transfer performance of their substrates (3 W/MK), and the overheating of LED diodes greatly reduces the output of light energy. Watt-brightness LED bulbs only appear in R&D labs, and their manufacturing costs are so expensive.IPCHS TM*Extremely high thermal energy transfer performance (30 W/MK) to increase the conversion efficiency of the relative luminosity of electrical power, increased the recent 50% energy usage."
The report of an independent R&D laboratory describes: “The MRTM*100W bulb can output 100W equivalent incandescent light with only 11.9W of total power consumption. The IPCHSTM* has better heat dissipation and functions very well. ".
The verification of another ANSI/TUV/UL accreditation laboratory also confirmed the performance of the LMRTM* bulb.
In comparison, the total power consumption of a 100W incandescent bulb is applied, and about 90W is wasted in generating heat. A 100W compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) consumes only 23W, but contains mercury that is harmful to the human body in a fragile glass tube. When it breaks, it will inevitably contaminate the environment with mercury.
The LMRTM*100W lamp consumes only 12W, which is only half of the compact fluorescent lamp. Because it uses LED as the light source, LMRTM* is a “complete green processâ€. When making bulbs with other power levels, the energy consumption of LMR TM* bulbs is always half that of a compact fluorescent lamp. Only about two years of energy savings can be sufficient to offset the investment in LMR TM* bulbs. What's more, every 1% reduction in current usage worldwide is equivalent to a reduction in the energy output of 23 nuclear power plants.
At present, Anomax has completed the production process of LMRTM*100W (branched) 12W (watt) light bulbs.
