Professor Zhang Dongxiao graduated from Northeastern University. He worked at the University of Southern California and the University of Oklahoma. He was selected into the 1000-person program of the group to assist Professor Chen Eleven to establish the School of Engineering of Peking University.
GE Global Vice President and GE China Chief Technology Officer and President of GE China R&D Center Co., Ltd. Chen Xiangli was elected for his pioneering work in fiber optic sensing, precision laser processing, and global industrial research and development. Chen Xiangli graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China with a bachelor's degree in physics in 1985. He received his master's and doctoral degrees from the University of Illinois, and has seven patents and more than 40 technical papers. In 1994, he joined the General Electric Global Research Center in New York, USA. In December 2012, Chen Xiangli was promoted to vice president and chief technology officer of GE China.
