1. The wire diameter of the power cord at the inlet end of the voltage stabilizer should meet the current value of the corresponding capacity of the voltage stabilizer;
2. The incoming power cord should be connected to the input end of the voltage stabilizer, and according to the color of the bus: yellow connected to phase A, green connected to phase B, red connected to phase C, and the outgoing power cord should be connected to the output of the voltage stabilizer. Connect the terminal and the color of the busbar: yellow to phase A, green to phase B, red to phase C, and to the terminal with zero "N". The chassis shell should be connected to the earth, and the grounding resistance should be less than 0.4 ohm;
3. For voltage stabilizers with double cabinets or multiple cabinets, the bus bars between the cabinets must be connected according to the color, and the other connections should be connected according to the number.
Three-phase voltage stabilizer grounding inspection should pay attention to the following three aspects:
1. Check the grounding of the voltage stabilizer, check whether the grounding circuit is firm and reliable, and whether the fastening screws are loose. If they are loose, they must be tightened.
2. Check the electrical components on the panel, such as ammeters, and the grounding point of the transformer for virtual connection. If so, reconnect it.
3. Check whether the ground of the control circuit board is soldered, if any, please re-solder it.
